Ingram Micro will establish a Settlement Fund of $350,000.00. The benefits are explained in more detail below.

Cash Payment A – Documented Losses. If you incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, you can get back up to $1,500.00. The losses must have occurred between July 3, 2025, and May 19, 2026, and you cannot claim a payment for expenses that have already been reimbursed by a third party. This benefit covers out- of-pocket expenses like:
losses because of identity theft or fraud

cost to replace your IDs
postage to contact banks by mail
You need to submit proof, like receipts, to show how much you spent or lost. Your personal certifications, declarations, or affidavits do not constitute reasonable documentation to make a valid claim, but you may include that to provide clarification, context, or support for other submitted reasonable documentation showing that your expenses were because of the Data Incident.
Cash Payment B – Pro Rata Cash Payment. Instead of Cash Payment A – Documented Losses, you may claim a pro rata share of the $100,000.00 cash fund. This fund will be divided equally between all Settlement Class Members who file a valid claim for this cash payment option. The payment is currently estimated to be $50.00, but may be larger or smaller, depending on the number of claims.
